H2H is working with Upliftment Jamaica Enriching lives one community at a time

 Upliftment Jamaica was conceived by Gary Foster who after a visit back to his homeland (White Horses, St Thomas, Jamaica) discovered an impoverished community. The people of White Horses, particularly the youth and elderly were lacking essential elements for decent lives. Along with five childhood friends, Kirk Green, Nigel Parris, Clayton Balliston and Rainford Grant a simple plan for Upliftment Jamaica was placed into action. Now in it's fifth year, Upliftment continues to expand programs to motivate and educate the people of White Horses, Jamaica.

 H2H teamed with Upliftment in 2003 to educate, energize, and engage the community through health workshops, seminars and symposiums. Topics for these events will range from Disease and Illness Prevention, Diabetes, HIV/AIDS, Hypertension, Fitness and Nutrition, and Alternative Medicine.
